摘要
目的:建立饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳含量的新检测方法。方法:确认本检测方法的实验条件,对顶空平衡温度、顶空平衡时间、顶空瓶摇动等条件进行优化。结果:测定结果显示,改进后的方法可大大缩短实验时间,方法灵敏度高,三氯甲烷和四氯化碳的方法检测限分别为0.020μg/L和0.0036μg/L,线性相关系数>0.9992,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)<4.0%,加标回收率在95.0%~114%。结论:改进后的方法更适用于饮用水中三氯甲烷和四氯化碳大批量样品的检测。
Objective:To establish a new method for determination of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water.Methods: Some parameters of the detection method were optimited,such as headspace balance temperature,headspace balance time,headspace bottle shaking.Results: The results showed that the new method could greatly shorten the experiment time,the sensitivity was high,the detection limits of chloroform and tetrachloromethane were 0.020 μg/L and 0.0036 μg/L,r0.9992,the RSD was below 4.0%(n=6),and the recoveries were between 95.0% and 114%.Conclusion: The method is more suitable for large-quantity detection of chloroform and tetrachloromethane in drinking water.
