摘要
目的:茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病小鼠的抗氧化作用。方法:给KM小腹腔注射150 mg/kg链脲佐菌素(STZ)造成糖尿病肾病模型。模型小鼠按空腹血糖随机分为4组,分别是模型对照组、茶树菇水煎液低、中、高剂量组,另设一个正常对照组。试验结束测定各组小鼠肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:茶树菇水煎液高剂量组肾脏超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活力显著高于模型对照组(P<0.01),MDA含量显著低于模型对照组(P<0.01)。结论:茶树菇水煎液对糖尿病肾病小鼠具有抗氧化作用。
Objective:To study the anti-oxidation effect of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita on diabetic nephropathy mice.Methods: KM mice were induced for diabetes by streptozotocin(STZ) 150mg/kg peritoneal injection.Those model mice were divided into 4 groups,such as model control group,low,middle and high doses of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita.A normal control group was set up.Then the levels of SOD,GSH-PX and MDA were determined in each group.Results: The activity of SOD and GSH-PX in high dose group of decoction from Agrocybe aegerita were significantly higher than those in model control group(P0.01).The MDA content in high dose group was significantly lower than that in model control group(P0.01).Conclusion: Decoction from Agrocybe aegerita had anti-oxidation effect on diabetic nephropathy mice.
