摘要
目的:从正常人群和类风湿关节炎患者关节液本中分离纳米细菌,分析纳米细菌在类风湿关节炎中致病作用。方法:(1)用PCR技术对30例正常人群和30例类风湿关节炎患者关节液标本进行纳米细菌检测。(2)对30例正常人群和30例类风湿关节炎患者关节液进行纳米细菌培养,采用间接免疫荧光法进行鉴定。结果:用间接免疫荧光法鉴定30例正常人和30例类风湿关节炎患者关节液纳米细菌的检出率分别为3.3%(1株)、33.3%(10株),两者间差异有显著性(χ2=9.017,P=0.003<0.05)。通过PCR方法测定30例正常人和30例类风湿关节炎患者关节液纳米细菌的检出率分别为3.3%(1株)、30.0%(9株)。结论:类风湿关节炎患者关节液中存在纳米细菌,表明类风湿关节炎患者发病与纳米细菌感染关系密切。PCR法可以用于类风湿关节炎患者纳米细菌感染快速检测。
Objective:To find the distribution of nanobacteria in synovial fluid of rheumatoid arthritis patients and healthy people,so as to analyze the status of infection with nanobacteria in rheumatoid arthritis.Methods: 1.Nanobacteria was identified by PCR in synovial fluid samples from 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 30 healthy people.2.Nanobacteria was cultured from synovial fluid samples of 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients and 30 healthy people,and identified by indirect mmunofluorescence staining.Results: The positive rate of nanobacteria was 3.3% and 33.3 % for the synovial fluid samples of 30 healthy people and 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients,respectively,there was significant difference(χ2=9.017,P=0.0030.05).The positive rate of nanobacteria was 3.3% and 30.0 % for the synovial fluid samples of 30 healthy people and 30 rheumatoid arthritis patients,respectively by PCR.Conclusion: There was nanobacteria in synovial fluid of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.The infection of the nanobacteria may result in rheumatoid arthritis.PCR can be widely used for the rapid detection of nanobacteria infection in rheumatoid arthritis.
