流式细胞术在细针穿刺诊断淋巴瘤中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:评价流式细胞术分析淋巴结细针穿刺标本中各类细胞表型在淋巴瘤诊断上的应用价值。方法:用流式细胞术分析52例临床或细胞形态学提示淋巴瘤可能患者的细针穿刺标本。结果:52例标本中检出B淋巴细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤41例,有35份(85.4%)B淋巴细胞比率超过70%,5例T淋巴细胞非霍奇金淋巴瘤。结论:流式细胞术对淋巴结细针穿刺标本的分析是细胞形态学诊断的重要辅助手段,并可确定其亚型。 Objective:To evaluate flow cytometric immuno-phenotyping in fine-needle aspiration diagnosis of lymphoma.Methods: Fifty-two fine-needle aspiration specimens from patients with cyto-morphology tentative lymphoma were analyzed by flow cytometry.Results: Forty-one cases were diagnosed as B non-Hodgkin lymphoma(NHL),thirty-five(85.4%) cases of which were found B-cell proportion more than 70%.And 5 cases were diagnosed with T-NHL.Conclusion: Flow cytometric immuno-phenotyping in analysis of fine-needle aspiration specimens may be an important supplementary means for cyto-morphology in lymphoma diagnosis,and can be helpful in diagnosis and differential diagnosis as well as sub-classification of lymphoma.
