2011年长沙市食品中汞污染监测及结果分析 被引量:4

Analysis of mercury pollution condition in foods in Changsha in 2011

摘要 目的:了解长沙市食品中汞污染状况。方法:在长沙市9个区县大型超市及农贸市场随机抽取具有代表性的样品。样品中汞含量按GB/T5009.17-2003采用原子荧光光谱法检测。结果:共检测8大类132份食品样品,平均值0.004688 mg/kg,检测率44.70%,超标率0.76%。结论:汞污染在长沙市食品中并不严重,绝大部分食品汞含量远低于国家限量标准,长沙市的主要膳食构成成分中汞含量较安全。 Objective:To understand the contamination situation of mercury in market selling food in Changsha city.Methods: The samples were collected and pretreated according to national plan of food contaminants monitoring and the mercury content in food was analyzed by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry according to the national standard methods(GB/T5009.17-2003).Results: Mercury in 132 food samples of 8 kinds were monitored,the results showed that the mean value was 0.004688 mg/kg;detection rate was 44.70%;excessive rate was 0.76%.Conclusion: The contamination level of mercury in food of Changsha was low by comparing to the national standards.The contents of mercury in major dietary components are safe in Changsha district.
