复方平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉的临床研究

CLINICAL STUDY ON THE APPLICATION OF LOCAL INJECTION OF COMPOUND PINYANGMYCIN IN THE TREATMENT OF PTERYGIUM

目的 探讨复方平阳霉素治疗翼状胬肉的疗效。方法 将平阳霉素 8mg ,加地塞米松2mg ,用 0 .9%生理盐水配制每 1ml含平阳霉素 1mg的浓度 ,用 4 1/ 2号针 4 5°直接注入胬肉的颈头部。单眼注射量为 0 .2～ 0 .4mg ,每周注药 1次 ,4次为 1疗程。结果 治疗 2个疗程后 ,治愈率分别为 :静止期 10 0 %、进行期 98.3%、复发期 96%。结论 复方平阳霉素局部注射治疗翼状胬肉操作简便 ,疗效显著 ,副作用小 ,值得推广应用。

Objective To explore the curative effect of pinyangmycin on Pterygium.Methods 8.0 mg of pingangmycin,2.0 mg of dexamethasone and 0.9% normal saline were mixed up to get the 1mg/1ml solution.Then,a dose of 0.2-0.4mg was injected weekly into the neck of pterygium at the angle of 45° with a needle of Type 4 1/2.One course of treatment lasted 4 weeks.Results After 2 courses of treatment,the curative rates in the resting stage,active stage and recurrent stage were 100%,98.5% and 96% respectively.Conclusion Owing to its convenient application,notable curativee effect and few side effects,compound pinyangmycin can be widely used in the treatment of pterygium through lcoal injection.
