摘要
创新型组织人才幸福感的提升异常重要,因为快乐的创新人才将带来更高的组织绩效。剖析了创新型组织人才幸福感的内涵,并从人才幸福度调查现状出发,分析影响创新型组织人才幸福感的因素,在此基础上,就如何提升现代创新型组织人才幸福水平进行了深入探讨。
How to improve the sense of happiness of innovative organization talents is of great importance, for the happy innovative talents will bring higher organizational performance. The article discusses the connotation of innovative organization talents" sense of happiness. Then, starting from the survey on the status quo of talents" sense of happiness, the article analyzes the factors influencing innovative organization talents" sense of happiness. Base on the analysis, the article make further discussion on how to promote happiness of modern innovative organization talents.
