大科学骨干人员专利意愿及影响因素的实证分析——基于某大科学项目的调查

科研人员的专利意愿并未得到足够的重视。实证研究发现,虽然论文占据了成果期望的首要地位,大科学骨干人员对专利仍给予了较为充分的重视。但他们对专利缺乏足够了解,影响了他们在专利与论文冲突时对专利的选择。同时,在小科学作为发明人的经验并未有助于他们在大科学论文与专利冲突时选择专利,症结主要是发明人对专利缺乏控制的制度安排以及我国专利质量低的客观事实。

Scientific research personnel willingness to patent has not received enough attention. Empirical study found that although the paper occupied primacy outcome expectations, big science backbone personnel give a relatively sufficient attention of patents. But they lack enough understanding of patents, and affect their choice in conflict of patents and papers. At the same time, experience as the inventor of small science did not help them choose patent in scientific papers and patents conflict, sticking point is the inventor of patent lack of control system and the objective facts of our country＇s patent low quality.
