一种市售过氧化氢消毒液的毒性研究 被引量:3

STUDY ON TOXICITY OF ONE COMMERCIALIZED HYDROGEN PEROXIDE DISINFECTANT

摘要 目的研究一种过氧化氢消毒液的毒性,了解其使用的安全性。方法采用活体动物试验法,对过氧化氢消毒液消毒相关毒性进行了实验室观察。结果该过氧化氢消毒液对小鼠急性经口LD50>5 000 mg/kg(体重)。过氧化氢消毒液原液对家兔完整皮肤刺激指数为0,眼刺激试验平均积分为0.75,7 d恢复正常,对豚鼠的皮肤变态反应试验致敏率为0。该消毒液各剂量组对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核率与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。亚急性毒性试验各剂量组动物各项检测指标无异常发现。结论该过氧化氢消毒液属于无毒级物质,对皮肤无刺激性,不致敏,无致微核作用,亚急性毒性试验未发现异常。 Objective To study the toxicity of the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution in order to know the safety of its use. Methods The live animals test was used to carry out laboratory observation on disinfection related toxicity of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution. Results The acute oral LD50 of the hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution in mice was 〉 5 000 mg/kg·bw. The irritation index of rabbit intact skin was 0 with the concentration of hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution of 30 g/L -40 g/L. The average integral of eye irritation test was 0.75, and returned to normal level after 7 d. The sensitization rate of guinea pig skin allergic reaction test was 0. The micronucleus rates of bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes induced by various doses were not significantly different from those in negative control group (P 〉 0. 05 ). In subacute toxicity test, all detected indexes of animals of various dose groups showed no abnormality. Conclusion The hydrogen peroxide disinfectant solution is non - toxic to rabbit intact skin. It does not induce micronucleus formation and cause allergies. Subacute toxicity test does not find abnormality.
