摘要
针对自然条件严峻、形体高大、空旷、工艺驳杂关联、分体系层次多且需求不同的特点,介绍了海南国际会展中心项目会议中心的结构总体系及分体系选型;大跨、重载楼面梁及大悬挑梁采用有粘结预应力,悬挑楼梯受拉梯段采用无粘结预应力;对大悬挑楼座、大跨楼面及螺旋楼梯等通过有限元进行了舒适度分析;由于外围柱在层间作用下产生倾覆弯矩,采用桩-锚联合基础。
The features of harsh natural environment, tall and open structure, combined technology, multi-systems and multi-functions were demonstrated for Hainan International Convention and Exhibition Center. The structural system selection method of the overall system and sub-systems of the convention center were introduced. The bonded prestressed technique is adopted for cantilever beams and floor beams with large span and heavy loading, while the unbonded prestressed technique is adopted for the tension section of cantilevered stairs. Finite element method was used to analyze the comfort levels of large cantilevered stands, large span floors and spiral stairs. The combined pile-anchor foundation was used to avoid the overturning moment of exterior columns due to the interlayer effect.
