摘要
结合工程实例,通过对既有钢结构的详细检测及分析,阐述了钢结构工程施工中存在的典型问题,并对加固方法进行了分析,确定了合理的加固设计方案。采用外包钢筋混凝土和新加锚筋式承台静压桩分别对框架梁、柱和基础进行了加固设计和施工。经过结构静载试验及建筑使用情况监测,证明加固设计方案达到了预期的效果,可为其他同类工程提供参考。
Combined with a practical project, based on the detailed inspection and analysis of the existing steel structure, the typical problems of steel structure construction were elaborated. The method on reinforcement was analyzed, and a reasonable reinforcement design scheme was identified. Outsourcing reinforced concrete and added anchored pile caps static pressure piles were respectively used for the design and construction of frame beam, column and foundation. By structure static load test and usage observation of the building, it is proved that the reinforcement reconstruction design has achieved the expected objective. This method can provide beneficial reference for similar engineering.
