硫酸和硫酸氢铵混合分解磷矿的研究

摘要 对硫酸、硫酸氢铵混合分解磷矿进行了研究,考察了硫钙比和硫酸氢铵加入量对磷矿分解的影响。在此基础上,以硫钙比、硫酸氢铵加入量、成品磷酸P2O5质量分数、反应时间、反应温度为主要影响因素,进行正交实验。得出最优工艺条件是:m(SO24-)/m(CaO)=1.02,m(NH4HSO4)∶m(H2SO4)=0.20(即分解磷矿所需硫酸总量的20%由NH4HSO4提供),反应温度80℃,成品磷酸P2O5质量分数为26%,反应时间3.5 h。 We research the influence of sulfuric acid and ammonium bisulfate on the decomposition of phosphate rock, and investigate the effects of the ratio of sulfur to calcium and the addition ratio of ammonium bisulfate on decomposition of phosphate rock. On this basis, we take the ratio of sulfur to calcium, the addi- tion ratio of ammonium bisulfate, the P2O5 concentration of product acid, reaction time, reaction temperature as the main influence factors, and get the best process conditions of sulfuric acid and ammonium bisulfate in decomposing phosphate rock by orthogonal experiment and range analysis : SO3/CaO is l. 02, the best addi- tion ratio of ammonium bisulfate is 20%, that is 20% of the total needed sulfuric acid decomposing phosphate rock is provided by ammonium bisulfate, reaction temperature is 80 ℃, P2 05 concentration of product acid is 26% and the reaction time is 3.5 h.
