摘要
磷酸生产中磷石膏是最主要的副产物,在生产负荷一定的情况下,其实物石膏产量与石膏含湿等指标相关。通过对生产装置石膏含湿异常的原因分析,采取调整料浆回浆比、控制萃取温度等方式,使二水石膏含湿控制在25%以内,可在一定程度减少水溶磷流失和工艺水消耗。
Phosphorus gypsum is the main byproduct in the production of phosphate. Under certain pro- duction load, the real production of phosphorus gypsum is related with moisture index and so on. Through the a- nalysis the abnormal reason for gypsum moisture content in the device, and take measures for example changing the proportion of returned slurry, controling extraction temperature and adjusting consumption of filter aid, in this way, the moisture index of dihydrate gypsum can be reduced to l^s than 25%. This can reduce water soluble phosphorus loss and the water consumption of phosphoric acid plant to some degree.
