摘要
本文通过对传统测试仪器构建方式的分析,根据多CPU和总线仲裁技术在测试仪器中使用的现状,针对千兆以太网测试技术及测试模块实现方法进行了研究,从硬件平台的构建和软件平台设计等方面,提出了一种基于多CPU的千兆以太网测试模块实现方法,从而实现了高速以太网测试仪器,从测试速度到稳定度的全面提升。
According the reviews the buildings of traditional test instruments and the analysis of the current application scenery of the multi-CPU and bus arbitration technique in the test instruments. The gigabit Ethernet testing techniques and the implementation of test module on the hardware platform and software platform is researches. This paper presents a solution that based on multi-CPU and gigabit Ethernet test module and improves greatly the speed and scalability of the high-speed Ethernet test instrument.
