摘要
运用气相色谱/质谱联用法结合计算机谱图检索对白兰花油和白兰叶油进行了成分分析和鉴定,分别鉴定出83和72种化合物,其中相同的化合物有62种,得到鉴定的化合物分别占挥发油总量的96.07%和98.08%。比较分析白兰花油和白兰叶油在成分上的区别,并对由此导致的香气差异进行了阐释。对两种精油在日用香精中的应用进行了研究,比较在同一配方中的应用区别,对它们在香精中的应用提出一些见解。
Michelia flower oil & Michelia leaf oil were analyzed by capillary GC/MS method combined with computer retrieval. 83 constituents accounting to 96.07% of total voletiles were identified in Michelia flower oil, 72 constitutes accounting to 98.08% of total volatiles were identified in Michel& leaf oil, where 62 constitutes were the same in both essential oils. The differences in constituents between two oils were compared and the resulted variation of their scents were also suggested. Their applications in fragrances were studied in the same formulation. It provided the reference for their use in fragrances.
