摘要
介绍了一种最大输出电流为300mA的超低压差电压调整器。通过优化误差放大器和反馈电阻网络,以及选择合适的功率管尺寸等措施,有效降低了电压调整器的压差,提高了电压调整器的性能。基于BCD350工艺,对电路进行仿真。结果表明,当输出电流为100mA时,该LDO的压差仅为27mV。
A very low dropout voltage regulator was presented, which had a maximum output current of 300 mA. In this regulator, the circuit of error amplifier was improved, feedback resistor network was optimized, and proper size of the pass element was chosen to reduce dropout voltage. The circuit was simulated based on BCD350 process. Simulation results showed that the voltage regulator achieved a dropout voltage of only 27 mV for an output current of 100 mA.
