一种双端电流源单元电路的设计

摘要 根据电流源的基本工作原理,结合实际应用要求,设计了一种双端电流源单元结构,实现了低温漂补偿的宽电源电压范围双端恒流源电路。对影响双端电流源特性的相关因素进行了研究,讨论了优化电流源直流性能的部分措施。在相关分析基础上,结合标准高压互补双极工艺,对电路的特性参数进行仿真设计,温度调整率仿真值为8×10-4/℃,电压调整率为3.2×10-3/V。 Basic theory of operation of current source was analyzed,and a double-end current source with low temperature coefficient and wide power supply range was designed.Factors relevant to performance of the double-end current source was investigated,and methods to optimize DC parameters were discussed.The circuit was simulated based on standard high voltage complementary bipolar process.Simulation results showed that the current source had a temperature coefficient of 8×10^-4/℃ and a voltage regulation of 3.2×10^-3/V.
