This paper introduces the design and development of a new type of electric actuator of valve, and introduces the hardware design and software design of the detection module in detail. The detection module has the master controller MSP430 and electric actuator＇ s DSP as the core, and detects the vari- ous operation parameters of the power supply, motor and valves, then it can monitor the working condi- tion of the electric actuator of valve. The detection module that this paper presents is applicable to all kinds of industrial control valve.
