摘要
基于TiO2和金纳米粒子研制了一种新型双酚A酶生物传感器。研究表明金纳米粒子与具有生物相容性的纳米TiO2组合,可有效的保持酶的生物活性,具有协同效应。制备的TiO2/Au复合膜酪氨酸酶修饰传感器对环境雌激素双酚A(BPA)的灵敏、快速的电流响应。该传感器对BPA的响应的线性范围为2×10-7~2.8×10-6mol/L,检测限为5×10-8mol/L(S/N=3)。电极用于实际样品的测定,结果满意。
A novel enzyme biosensor for bisphenol A (BPA) was fabricated based on Au nanoparticles and titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2). The study revealed that the combination of Au nanoparticles and titanium dioxide nanoparticles with biocompatibility showed the synergistic effect on the response of BPA at this electrode, resulting in a highly sensitive, selective,stable,fast response to BPA. The method showed good linearly for 2×10^-7~2.8×10^-6mol/L BPA with a detection limit of 5×10^-8mol/L(S/N=3) under the optimal conditions. The performance of the electrode was verified by the determination of BPA.
