摘要
实验室质量管理是确保实验室检验质量符合标准和满足各种要求的必要手段,实验室检验结果的准确可靠直接关系到客户的切身利益和自身的形象。本文基于流程管理,通过对检验流程发现的问题,流程再造的实例分析,提出具体应用中须考虑的要点,从而使实验室质量管理效率不断提高。
Laboratory quality management is the necessary means to ensure the quality of labo- ratory testing in line with the standards and meets the various requirements. Accuracy and reli- ability of laboratory testing results not only have directly impact on vital interests of its customers, but also reflect its own image. Based on the principle of process management and real case analysis from the issues found during examining test process, and process reconstruction, the paper raised the key points for consideration in specific applications. The goal is to improve laboratory quality management efficiency.
