政府与企业关于节能工作的博弈分析

我国能源短缺矛盾随经济的持续发展而日益突出,政府出台了一系列节能措施,但政府节能监管工作效果仍不理想。本文分析了政府与企业在节能工作中的决策方式,构建了政府与企业的博弈模型,为形成更为合理而有效的节能监管体制提供建议。

With China＇s sustained economic development, China＇s energy shortages have become an increasingly urgent issue. The government has implemented several energy conservation measures, though monitoring energy conservation by governmental agencies did not produce satisfactory results. The paper analyzed the ways of decision-making to achieve energy conservation by government and enterprises, and built an interaction game model between government and enterprises. The paper offered advice for the establishment of a more rational and more efficient energy conservation monitoring system.
