摘要
装甲钢-芳纶-泡沫夹层复合结构具有抗弹丸侵彻性能好、结构强度高、面密度低等特点。为了确定由该结构大板组成的方舱承受117kgTNT炸药在距舱体结构10~23m处爆炸荷载性能,采用KS—DYNA有限元软件对其进行了动力响应数值计算。通过两种情况计算分析,研究爆炸冲击波在空气中的传播规律、与舱体结构作用后舱体的V-M有效应力及舱体迎波面变形情况,并对由该种大板制成的舱体结构在炸弹爆炸冲击波荷载作用下的安全性进行了评估。
The sandwich composite of armor steel and terylene has some excellent features such as good penetrationresisting performance, high intensity, and low density. For confirming the performance of cabins made of sandwich composite plates to resist the blast load from 117 kg TNT which is 10 -23 meters away,LS-DYNA is adopted to simulate the dynamic response. Through calculating and analyzing two cases, the propagation law of blast in air, the V-M effective stress and the deformation of the cabin surface facing the blast are researched. Furthermore, the safety of cabins exposed to blast load is evaluated.
