分裂小球算法在冲击问题中的初步应用

The preliminary application of splitting pinball algorithm in impact problems

摘要 在自编冲击动力学三维有限元程序中将分裂小球算法(splitting pinball algorithm)用于模拟冲击接触问题。采用直接细分方法进行接触搜索,用罚算法计算接触力,模拟计算了弹性杆的撞击问题和薄壁圆管冲击大变形问题,给出了弹性杆撞击接触力、接触端面速度随时间的变化曲线和薄壁圆管不同时刻的变形图。杆撞击接触持续时间计算误差和接触力的波动范围分别为1.17%和0.7%。结果表明:分裂小球算法是有效和可靠的,可以较好地模拟结构的冲击接触响应。 The splitting pinball algorithm is applied to simulate contact-impact problems. In our 3D impact dynamic FEM calculation program, the direct splitting method is developed to handle the contact search, and a penalty method is adopted to calculate the contact force. The deformation processes of impact between two identical elastic bars and two tubes are simulated. The time histories of contact force and velocities at contact interface of the elastic bars are given, and the tubes' deformation configuration at different times is presented. The computation error of contact duration is within 1.17%, and the fluctuation range of contact force is less than 0. 7%. The results indicate that the splitting pinball algorithm in our program is reliable and effective. It can be used to simulate the contact- impact response of structures well.
