应用经导管动脉栓塞术急诊止血13例

EMERGENT TREATMENT OF MAJOR BLEEDING WITH TRANSCATHETER ARTERIAL EMBOLIZATION

目的 :小结过去 1 3a采用经导管动脉栓塞术治疗 1 3例动脉性出血的经验。方法 :1 3例患者平均年龄 42 8岁。外伤性出血 7例 ,肿瘤性出血 3例 ,其它原因出血 3例。采用Seldinger技术经股动脉行诊断性血管造影后完成动脉栓塞术。结果 :对 1 7支动脉行栓塞术 ,全部成功。全部患者在术后即刻出血量明显减少 ,生命体征逐渐平稳。对 1 3例患者平均随访 4 5周的结果提示 ,动脉栓塞术治疗外伤性出血的长期效果较好。结论 :对于某些动脉性出血 ,有经验的术者施行经导管动脉栓塞术是一种安全有效的止血手段。

Objective:To report our experience of emergent treatment of arterial hemorrhage in 13 patients with transcatheter arterial embolization(TAE) during the past 13 years.Methods:Thirteen patients,with an average age of 42 8 years,included seven patients with traumatic bleeding,three with bleeding due to rupture of tumer and three with bleeding of other causes.By using Seldinger technique,diagnostic angiography and TAE were performed via a femoral artery.Results:TAE was successful in all 17 arteries of 13 patients.Bleeding was stopped immediately after procedure with restoring of their vital signs.Results of a mean follow up of 4 5 weeks in all patients showed that TAE had a relative long term effective control of traumatic bleeding.Conclusion:TAE is a safe and effective method for the control of certain arterial hemorrhage in the skill hands.
