摘要
目的:通过应用PLC技术,降低因生物安全柜启动数量不一引起的压差不稳定性。方法:将生物安全柜的排风机与房间排风机通过PLC相连,形成电动联锁。结果:压差变化幅度减小,稳定性提高。结论:应用PLC技术可以降低危害性药物调配间因生物安全柜启动数量不一引起的压差不稳定性。
Objective: By using PLC technology,to reduce unstable differential pressure resulted from the different number of working Biological Safety Cabinets(BSC).Method: To connect the exhaust fan in biological safety cabinet with the exhaust fan so as to form electric interlock.In this way,the differential pressure becomes smaller and more stable.Conclusion: The application of PLC technology can reduce the instability of differential pressure among dangerous drug mixture rooms due to the different number of working BSC.
