门诊式森田疗法治疗44例社交恐怖症

OUT-PATIENT MORITA THERAPY OF 44 PATIENTS WITH SOCIAL PHOBIA

目的 :探讨门诊式森田疗法对社交恐怖症的治疗效果 ,为治疗社交恐怖症开辟新途径。方法 :采用门诊式森田疗法治疗社交恐怖症 44例。治疗前后分别用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表 (SDS)测量 ,并进行比较。按照《森田心理疗法实践》中提出的评定方法进行疗效评定。结果 :经过 3次～ 1 4次 ( 2 1d～ 1 50d)的治疗 ,44例患者治愈 2 6例( 59 1 % ) ,好转 1 5例 ( 34 1 % ) ,总有效率为 93 2 %。治疗后SAS、SDS得分显著降低 (P<0 0 1 )。结论 :门诊式森田疗法治疗社交恐怖症有效。与住院式森田疗法相比更经济、更灵活 ,适用于症状较轻、领悟力、忍耐力较强的患者。

Objective:To explore the effect of using out patient Morita therapy which might be a new methods in treating social phobia.Methods:Out patient Morita therapy was used in treating 44 patients with social phobia. Self rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self rating depression scale(SDS) were adopted to test the cases before and after treatment.The results were compared.The treatment effects were evaluated by the standards that were introduced in Morita Therapy Practice.Results:26 cases(59 1%)were cured,15 cases(34 1%) were improved after 3 times 14 times(21 days 150 days) of treatment.The total effective rate was 93 2%.SAS and SDS scores after treatment were significantly decreased( P <0 01).The results of follow up showed that the effectiveness remained stable.Conclusion:Out patient Morita therapy have significant curative effect on social phobia.It is more economic and flexible than that of in patient Morita therapy. It is more suitable for the patients with mild symptoms,better comprehending and restraining.
