摘要
该文以国内第一座调蓄处理池——上海新西干线蕰藻浜调蓄处理池为研究对象,初步探讨了试运行期间调蓄处理池对暴雨放江的污染减排功效。研究显示:2012年蕰藻浜调蓄处理池经过试运行后,达到设计和规范要求,具备正式运行条件;蕰藻浜调蓄处理池在2012年"海葵"台风期间发挥了良好的环境效益,单次运行的暴雨放江量削减率达到52.0%;单次运行对暴雨放江COD、SS、NH4+-N和TP的削减量可达3 891 kg、1 767 kg、303 kg和44.0 kg;建议采用重力与泵送相结合的进水与放空模式,以降低调蓄处理池的运行成本。
Taking the first storage treatment tank in China-Wenchaoban Storage Treatment Tank in New West Route of Shanghai as the study object,the article preliminarily discusses the pollution reduction effect of rainstorm discharge into river from the storage treatment tank during the test operation.The study shows that Wenchaoban Storage Treatment Tank satisfies the design and standard requirements after the test operation in 2012 and has the formal operation condition.Wenchaoban Storage Treatment Tank played the good environmental benefit during 2012 'Haikui' Typhoon.The reduction rate of the single operation of rainstorm discharge into river is 52.0%,and the reduction rates of COD,SS,NH4+-N and TP of rainstorm discharge into river each operation can be 3891 kg,1 767 kg,303 kg and 44.0 kg separately.It is proposed to adopt the gravity + pumping combined influent and emptying mode so as to reduce the operation cost of storage treatment tank.
