对《中国药典》2010年版附录芳香第一胺类鉴别试验方法的改进

The Improvement on Identification Test of Aromatic Primary Amines in Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2010 Edition)

目的:改进《中国药典》2010年版附录芳香第一胺鉴别试验方法,避免假阳性结果。方法:在滴加碱性β-萘酚试液前加入脲溶液中和多余的亚硝酸,避免多余的亚硝酸与β-萘酚反应生成猩红色的1-亚硝基-2-萘酚而干扰鉴别试验现象的观察。结果:脲溶液可以有效中和反应过程中多余的亚硝酸,使反应后的溶液颜色不再干扰沉淀颜色的辨识。结论:本方法可以避免鉴别试验出现假阳性结果。

Objective： To improve the identification test of aromatic primaryamines in Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 Edi- tion） and avoid false positive results. Method： Add urea solution to neutralize the excess nitrous acid before adds alkaline/3-naphthol test solution for the purpose of avoiding the interference since excess nitrous acid could react with/3-naphthol and generate 1-Nitreso-2- naphthol, which is scarlet in color. Result： The urea solution can neutralize the excess nitrous acid and the color of solution get from the reaction will no longer disturb the identification of precipitation. Conclusion： This method could avoid false positive results in the identification test of aromatic primary amines in Appendix of Chinese Pharmacopoeia （2010 Edition）.
