摘要
目的 :探讨人乳头瘤病毒 (HPV)感染与置宫内节育器 (IUD)后出血之间的关系。方法 :应用 HPV6、1 1型和 HPV1 6、1 8型两对引物 ,通过聚合酶链反应 (PCR)技术 ,对放置 IUD出血病例、放置 IUD无出血病例、未放置 IUD正常妇女和未放置 IUD子宫异常出血病例进行 HPV-DNA检测。结果 :置 IUD出血组 HPV阳性率 (52 .9% )显著置 IUD正常组 (2 1 .7% )和未置 IUD正常组 (1 3.3% ) ;而与未置 IUD子宫异常出血组无差异 (40 .0 % )。置 T型 IUD者 HPV阳性率显著高于置 O型 IUD及未置 IUD者 ;置 IUD出血组中 ,置 T型 IUD者 HPV阳性率显著高于置 O型IUD者。结论 :置 IUD后出血与 HPV感染有关。
Objective :To explore the relation between abnormal uterine bleeding with IUD and human papillomavirus infection Methods:HPV-DNA of cervical swab were examined in uterine bleeding cases with IUD、uterine bleeding cases without IUD、normal women with IUD and normal women without IUD by polymerase chain reaction (PCR)using HPV 16、18 and HPV6、11 primers Results:The positive rate of bleeding cases with IUD (52 9%) was significantly higher than that of normal group with IUD(21 7%) and normal group without IUD(13 3%),and was not significant with that of the uterine bleeding group without IUD(40 4%) The positive rate of cases with T-IUD was significantly higher than that of the cases with O-IUD and without IUD The positive rate of cases with T-IUD was significantly higher than that of the cases with O-IUD in the uterine bleeding cases Conclusion:The HPV infection was associated with abnormal uterine bleeding with IUD
