生物学标志物对肾脏替代治疗的预测作用
摘要
急性肾损伤(acute renal injury,AKI)是危重症患者的常见并发症,肾脏替代治疗(renal replacement therapy,RRT)是AKI时肾脏支持的主要手段。近年来,多种肾损伤特异性生物学标志物的出现,为AKI发生的预测和早期诊断提出了新的手段。2005年,美国肾脏病学会将急性肾损伤的生物学标志物列为最优先研究项目。
