近年来工人权利意识的觉醒和一系列维护和争取权益的集体行动,标志着中国工人已经突破"原子化"、"碎片化"学术话语和政治话语的束缚,正在成为一种型构社会政治发展的阶级政治主体力量。遮蔽工人的"阶级"存在,已积聚了巨大的政治风险,其直接政治后果是消解了工人作为"阶级"的政治实践意义,甚至将工人的合理诉求和正当主张视为"反体制的力量"。如何以积极的政治姿态面对工人的"阶级"成长,主动自觉地把工人的政治诉求纳入民主政治建设的发展轨道,成为执政党和政府面对的重大问题和责任。

In recent years, a series of workers＇ collective actions mark Chinese workers have broken the bondage of ＂atomization- al＂ and ＂fragmentational＂ academic and political discourse, and have been becoming a political force which structures social and political development. To block the existence of working ＂class＂ will discount the practical and political significance of working ＂class＂, and regard workers＇ rational demands as ＂anti - system forces＂, and will increase political risks. How to meet with the growth of working ＂class＂, how to bring workers ＇ political demands into the orbit of democratic politic construction has become the important responsibility of the Party and the government.
