摘要
随着经济和社会的迅速发展,企业在追求自身发展的同时,必须承担相应的社会责任,而开展工资集体协商是企业履行社会责任的重要体现。从企业社会责任的视角看,企业方目前开展工资集体协商的积极性不高,导致工资集体协商推进难度较大。其主要原因是企业经营者的认识问题,归纳起来有五个认识误区。因此,当前应着力强化企业社会责任,切实做好工资集体协商工作,这是企业履行社会责任、实现可持续发展的必然选择。
Along with the rapid social and economic development, enterprises must take social responsibilities at the same time of pursuing their own development. To improve the collective consultation system is an important manifestation of corporate social re- sponsibilities. In the perspective of corporate social responsibility, the employers are lack of enthusiasm to implement collective consultation on wages. It causes more difficulties of enhancing the collective consultation system. Therefore, we should concentrate our efforts to on strengthening corporate social responsibilities, improve the work of collective consultation.
