The campaign of common prosperity is a beneficing people programme which be guided by the Party Committee and the government, enhanced by trade unions. In order to realize common prosperity, trade unions should improve the helping work mech- anism, give full play to the party members and cadres, and develop ＇ one helps one＇ programs to help the needy workers and their families out of poverty.
