摘要
职工文化与企业文化之间有着密切联系,职工文化是企业文化的重要组成部分,是企业文化落地生根的重要实现形式。职工文化建设要做到"两个结合",即职工文化与企业文化相结合、职工文化与职工素质提升相结合;"三个衔接",即提高职工思想道德素质与企业精神文化建设衔接、提高职工技术技能水平与打造企业学习型文化和创新型文化衔接、职工文化娱乐活动与企业行为文化衔接;"四个平台",即思想教育、读书活动、兴趣小组和创建活动。
As an important part and realization form of corporate culture, employee culture is bound up with corporate culture. To improve employee culture construction, we should combine employee culture with corporate culture, and with employee quality im- provement. We should also link ? employee' s ideological and moral quality improvement with corporate culture construction, link employee' s technical and skill levels with building up learning enterprises, and link employee' s cultural and recreational activities with corporate behavior culture. We should establish ' four platforms' of ideological education, reading campaign, interest group and creating activities.
