企业是否进行企业文化建设,取决于主要领导的态度和行为,即领导干部作风。本文在归纳干部作风与企业文化关系的基础上,梳理了企业领导干部作风存在问题及思想文化根源,提出要倡导高效务实、开诚布公、齐心协力的干部作风,并就如何培养优良干部作风从以身作则、教育、管理、磨炼、倡导等五个方面提出对策。
