摘要
历史证明,不同的社会制度下,产生不同性质的劳动关系。在历史的长河中,劳动关系的发展体现的是文明取向的进程。社会主义劳动关系的主体双方不是对立的关系,而是共谋企业发展的伙伴合作关系。中国特色社会主义劳动关系比资本主义劳动关系更具优越性。在完善社会主义市场经济体制、建设和发展企业中,企业要实现可持续发展,就应当积极打造企业的合作共建机制、利益均衡机制和法治机制。因此,劳动关系主体双方应当各司其职、共决利益、共保健康、共同成长;尤其在转变发展方式、深化企业改革的今天,企业应当依法积极建设相互依存、各尽所能、互利共赢、共同发展的中国特色社会主义劳动关系。
It is proved by the history that labor relations with different feature existed under different social system. Reviewing com- prehensively the history of human being, the development of labor history embodied the development of civilization orientation. The actors of socialist labor relations are not opposition, but cooperation relations between partners of enterprise development. Therefore, the socialist labor relations with Chinese characteristics are with more superiority than capitalist labor rela- tions. The actors of labor relations should each perform their own functions, interests co - determination and grow together, espe- cially at the present stage of developing model transformation and deeply enterprise reform.
