摘要
随着国有企业改革发展步伐不断加大,其用工形式也在发生变化,外来务工人员正在成为大型工程项目建设的主力军。利用工会组织,抓好以农民合同工、劳务派遣工为主的外来务工人员待遇、生活、思想等方面的工作,维护外来务工人员合法权益,是将这部分新劳动力资源转变为推动经济社会持续发展力的现实需要。中石化第四建设有限公司工会以推动外来务工人员入会为着力点,加大维护外来务工人员合法权益力度,在推进和谐企业、美丽企业建设中进行了创新实践。
Along with the development of SOEs reform, the form of employment of SOEs has changed. Migrant workers have be- come the major driving force of large construction projects. In order to transform this new labor resources into the power of sustain- able economic and social development, trade union should pay attention to the welfare, life, ideology and other aspects, protect their legal rights and interests. The trade union of SINOPEC The Fourth Construction Company Limited innovated in enhancing the unionization of migrant workers and labor protection, so as to building up a harmonious enterprise.
