关于新桥镇总工会参与社会管理创新的调查与思考

A Survey of Participation into Social Administration:the Federation of Trade Unions of Xinqiao Town

江阴市新桥镇总工会在参与社会管理创新工作中,紧紧围绕经济社会发展中心,在党政主导下,积极协同主动作为,以推进"两个普遍"为抓手,建工会强基础;以社会主义核心价值体系建设为目标,建平台提素质;以构建企业和谐劳动关系为重点,促发展重维护;以关注民生为要务,延伸服务,做实工会参与社会管理创新工作。在转变发展方式、建设经济强镇、维护职工合法权益、促进民生改善、维护社会稳定等方面做出了显著成绩。

In the participation into social administration innovation, the trade union federation of Xinqiao town strengthened the u- nionization and collective consultation work under the Party and government- leading, lay stress on building up harmonious labor relations aiming at the construction of the socialist core value system, extend service and pay attention to livelihood problems. The trade union federation has get outstanding achievements of changing developing mode, protecting labor rights, enhance people＇ s welfare and improve social stability.
