关于南通省级开发区(园区)女职工劳动保护工作的调研报告

A Supervision Report of Female Employee Labor Protection in Nantong Provincial Development Zone(Industrial Parks)

南通市总女职委根据江苏省总女职委的工作精神,组织开展了本地区省级开发区女职工劳动保护情况专项督查活动。从省级开发区(工业园区)及所辖企业工会女职工组织建设情况、学习贯彻《女职工劳动保护特别规定》、女职工专项集体合同推进情况等方面进行督查调研,从而进一步夯实了工会工作的重要领域的女工劳动保护工作,对建立和谐劳动关系,保持职工队伍稳定,促进企业不断创新发展具有重要意义。

According to the working spirit of the Female Employee Committee of Jiangsu Provincial Trade Union Federation, the Female Employee Committee of Nantong Municipal Trade Union Federation carried out the special supervision of female employee labor protection. In the supervision, they laid stress on the female employee organization in enterprises, special collective agree- ments of female employees and the implementation of the Special Rules on the Labor Protection of Female Employees, so as to build up harmonious labor relations and enhance the development and innovation of enterprises.
