消栓灵和川芎嗪早期溶栓治疗糖尿病并脑梗死的临床研究

The clinical effects of Xiaoshuanling and Chuanxongqing on the early treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction

目的 观察消栓灵和川芎嗪早期溶栓治疗糖尿病并脑梗死的临床效果。方法 332例患者随机分为治疗组 180例 ,对照组 15 2例。治疗组早期给予消栓灵和川芎嗪溶栓治疗 ,每天一次 ,共用 2 1天。评定两组的病情转归。结果 治疗组与对照组比较 ,前者临床表现重 ,病情转归好。结论 抗栓灵与川芎嗪合用能改善患者的临床症状及体征 。

Objective: To observe the clinical Xiaoshuanling and Chuanxongqing on effects of the early treatment of diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods: Three hundred and thirty-two patients were randomly allocated to two groups, the treatment group (180 cases) and the control group (152 cases). The treatment group was treated with Xiaoshuanling and Chuanxongqing once a day for 21 days. All patients' extent of recovery of was assessed after the treatment was finished. Results: Comparison with the control group, the clinical condition of the treatment group were severe, and the patients' extent of recovery was better. Conclusion: Xiaoshuanling and Chuanxongqing can improve the patients' symptoms and signs, increase the patients' quality of life.
