人工椎板与椎弓根钉内固定术治疗椎管内神经鞘瘤 被引量:1

Artificial Laminectomy and Pedicle Screw Fixation in the Treatment of Intraspinal Schwannoma

摘要 目的:探讨人工椎板与椎弓根钉内固定术治疗椎管内神经鞘瘤的可行性,安全性,评价临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析2009年7月-2012年7月入住我院12例椎管内神经鞘瘤患者的临床资料,年龄为45岁-72岁,男9例,女3例,全部病例均采用后路全椎板切除+人工椎板+椎弓根钉内固定术治疗。结果:平均手术时间95分钟,平均出血量为380mL,平均住院时间15天。平均随访12月,全部病例术后症状均得到缓解或部分缓解。结论:人工椎板与椎弓根钉内固定联合应用治疗椎管内神经鞘瘤可取得较好疗效,尤其适用于神经鞘瘤体积较大者。 Objective: To investigate the feasibility, safety, and clinical efficacy of using artificial vertebral lamina and pedicle screw fixation in the treatment of intraspinal schwannoma. Methoda: To review 12 cases of intraspinal schwarmoma patients (ages from 45 years old to 72 years old, 9 male, 3 female) treated in our hospital from July 2009 to July 2012, all patients were given treatment of posterior lumbar laminectomy, artificial vertebral lamina and pedicle screw fixation. Remllts: The average operation time was 90 minutes, the average bleeding volume was 380 mL, and the average hospital stay was 15 days. During the follow-up period of 12 months, the postoperative symptoms of all patients were alleviated or alleviated partially. Concision: The combined treatment of artificial vertebral lamina and pedicle screw fixation used in intmspinal schwannoma can obtain better effect, especially suit for the patients with larger schwannoma.
