神经外科学是现代医学的重要分支,纵观现代神经外科学科技发展的进程,自然辩证法和科学发展观理论在潜移默化地影响其发展,尤其是医学技术的主体化与人文精神的缺失导致现代医学发展遭遇前所未有的困境,本文从哲学思维的角度出发,从认识论对神经外科实践的指导作用、矛盾是推动神经外科发展的源泉和动力、垂体瘤手术方式演变——否定之否定、技术主体化与人文关怀等方面探讨神经外科学发展的历史、现状及面临的挑战,并且剖析了人文精神在神经外科技术发展中的主导作用,阐明医学技术主体化使人的生命健康变成客体,造成整个医学的异化和医患关系的物化,如何将自然辩证法和人文主义精神融入临床实践和科研工作中,有十分重要的理论及现实意义。

From the development history of the neurosurgery technology, natural dialectics and scientific development concept have the impact on the neurosurgery evolvement. This paper have discussed neurosurgery development by contradiction, negation of negation, and unity law,and clarify medical technology subjectification make people＇s life and health as objective, causing the whole medical alienation and materialization of the doctor-patient relationship .
