Key Technology for the Installation of the Wing-shaped Steel Structures of Yancheng Stadium

盐城体育场上部为钢结构罩棚,呈弧形,东西高南北低。屋面外环部分采用直立锁边铝镁锰金属板,金属板质感有力塑造了羽翼的造型。着重介绍了盐城体育场羽翼钢结构安装技术,重点控制桁架相贯面加工工艺、钢管弯曲加工工艺、钢管与铸钢之间焊缝的焊接过程、主桁架的吊装、两相邻吊装单元之间的支撑件吊装、钢结构支撑系统的选择、平面布置、支撑系统的侧向稳定保证措施、钢结构的卸载和测量精度控制措施等关键技术。

The upper part of Yancheng Stadium is a steel arc awning,which rises in the east-west direction and lowers in the north-south direction.The outer ring of the roof uses standing seam aluminum magnesium manganese metal plate,which presents the shape of a wing.This paper introduces the technology for the installation of the wing-shaped steel structure in detail.It is pointed out that during construction,some key technologies should be controlled,including the processing of the interface of trusses,bending of steel tubes,welding of steel tube and cast steel,hoisting of the main truss,hoisting of the supports between adjustment units,selection of steel structural support system,floor layout,lateral stability of the support system,unloading of steel structure and control of measurement accuracy,etc.
