山区高层建筑施工中桩基础外露问题分析

Analysis of Exposed Pile Foundation of Tall Building Construction in Mountainous Area

山区高层建筑在施工过程中由于项目工期、经营策略等因素的影响,经常出现下部桩基础施工完未及时回填的情形下进行上部结构的施工,造成基础外露时间过长,由此对原有结构带来了安全方面的隐患。以某小区高层建筑(附带大型地下车库)施工进程为例对桩基础外露现象进行了阐述,分析其对建筑整体性能方面的影响,并提出了几点注意事项。

Due to the tight project duration and business strategies,the upper structure is constructed with pile foundation not timely filling and security hidden trouble is brought to the original structure for the pile foundation exposed too long.The exposed pile foundation of a community of tall building(with a large underground garage) construction is described and the building overall performance impact is analyzed in this paper.Several points to note are made as a reference in similar construction.
