摘要
叙述了化工装置中用于超纯氧气和氮气介质条件下的高温高压硬密封切断球阀的特点和应用情况,对硬密封氧阀故障原因进行了分析,并给出了改进改进方案。
The features and applications of the high temperature and high pressure globle valve with hard seals for ultra pure oxygen and nitrogen used in chemical plants are described. The causes for the breakdown of the oxygen valves with hard seals are analyzed. The improving methods for the valves is proposed.
