尿流率参数在良性前列腺增生中的辅助诊断价值

Diagnostic value of Uroflowmetry Parameters in Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia Patient

目的：评价尿流率参数Ｔ９０、ＱＭ９０在良性前列腺增生中的辅助诊断价值．方法：用 ＦＤ－１尿流测定仪检测正常青年男性４２例、老年男性７９例及良性前列腺增生患者１２５例尿流率参数Ｔ９０ ＱＭ９０．结果：正常青年男性与老年男性两组间后者ＱＭ９０有显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０５），而Ｔ９０无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）；正常青年男性及老年男性与良性前列腺增生患者的 Ｔ９０有极显著性差异（ Ｐ＜０．０１），后者 ＱＭ９０有极显著性降低（ Ｐ＜０．０１）． 结论：Ｔ９０、ＱＭ９０是与良性前列腺增生引起排尿梗阻程度密切相关。是衡量良性前列腺增生的可靠指标．

Objective: To evaluate the diagnostic value of uroflowmetry parameters T90 and QM90 in BPH patients. Methods: We detected 42 cases of normal young men,79 cases of senile men without BPH (IPSS<7) using FD-l type urofiowmeter. Results: There was a significant decrease of the QM90 in normal senile men than in normal young men (P<0.05), but the T90 parameter had no significant change between them (P>0.05). There was significant change of the T90 parameter in them (P<0.01). Conclusion: These results suggested that there were closed relationships between T90, QM90 and micturition seventy of men with BPH.
