摘要
基于我国高震区首座沉管隧道——天津市海河隧道施工为背景,结合工程水文地质条件及工程实际概况,通过方案比选,采用轴线干坞施工技术。并通过对沉管隧道轴线干坞的锁口钢管桩施工研究,解决了采用大直径锁口钢管桩成孔与止水防渗透以及一次性成型预制吊装等难点。详细介绍了锁口钢管桩施工流程及关键施工工艺。结果表明,该技术经济、合理。
The construction of Tianjin Haihe River Tunnel, which is the first large immersed tunnel in high seismic regions in China, adopted the axis dry-dock construction technology after construction scheme comparison and consideration of the hydrologic geology condition and project Situation. By research to the construction of the locking steel pipe piles of the axis dry-dock of the large immersed tube tunnel, the construction difficulties involved with large-diameter locking steel pipe piles were resolved, including hole-forming, waterproofing and hoisting. The construction process and key technologies for locking steel pipe piles are introduced in detail. The application results show that the technology of axis dry-dock construction technology is economic and reasonable.
