摘要
某工程基坑位于膨胀土地区,基坑开挖后出现严重变形。经过对基坑变形进行分析,发现本工程未按预定施工组织计划施工,对地质情况认识不足,地表水下渗且曾发生地震。结合工程实际情况,从地质条件和设计施工等方面进行分析,通过加强变形监测,采取分步开挖回填、反压卸荷等措施,有效控制了基坑变形,确保了施工质量和安全。
A foundation excavation project was located in an expansive soil area, and serious deformations were observed after excavation. Analysis to the deformations showed that they occurred because the construction was not performed according to construction organization and the understanding of the geological conditions was insufficient. Infiltration of the surface water and earthquake have also contributed to the deformations. Analysis was conducted for this project from the aspects of geological conditions, design and construction. And measures were adopted to control the excavation deformations including improved deformation monitoring, step-by-step excavation and refilling. These measures were shown to be effective and their application ensured the construction quality and safety.
