建筑隔震工程施工质量验收标准研究

Research on Standard for Constructional Quality Acceptance of Building Isolation Engineering

建筑隔震工程是隔震建筑重要的组成部分,也是隔震建筑区别传统抗震建筑的重要部分。建筑隔震工程施工质量控制标准和质量验收统一标准的完善是确保隔震建筑施工质量的关键。通过对建筑隔震工程施工特点的分析,结合建筑工程施工质量验收统一标准要求,总结建筑隔震工程施工过程中存在的问题,为编制建筑隔震工程施工质量验收标准作了基础性研究。

Seismic isolation engineering is a very important part of a seismic isolation building. It is also the key part that distinguishes traditional anti-seismic building from seismic isolation building. The refinement of the quality control standard and construction quality acceptance standard can ensure the construction quality of seismic isolation buildings. According to the analysis to the characteristics of the construction of seismic isolation buildings, with reference to the unified standard for constructional quality acceptance of buildings, this paper summarizes the existing problems in building isolation engineering. This work can be used as a basic research in preparation for the drafting of the standard of construction quality acceptance for seismic isolation buildings.
