摘要
火山熔岩板是一种新型轻质刚性板状保温材料,其燃烧性能达到A级,弥补了传统挤塑板、聚苯板等外墙保温材料燃烧性能低、弹性变形大的缺陷。结合工程实践,详细介绍了施工工艺和保温构造措施,在工程施工中,通过对黏结固定方法、关键施工工艺和材料构造进行优化和改良,使其在满足防火、保温要求的同时,提高了施工质量和观感效果。
Volcano lava insulation board is a new kind of light and rigid insulation board, and its combustibility behavior reaches the A grade, which gives a lot of advantages when compared against traditional external wall insulation materials that have poor combustion performance and develop large elastic deformations. Combined with an actual project, the construction technology and structural detailing are introduced for volcano lava boards. During the construction process, the fixing method, key construction technologies and material detailing were optimized so that the construction of the volcano lava boards not only satisfied the requirements of fire resistance and thermal insulation, but also exhibited good quality and visual appearance.
